Summary: We stayed for 4 nights and they NEVER made our room. We were never able to take a descent hot shower, the water was more on the cold side. The room was noisy because of the A/C and for being closed to the elavator. The breakfast was good though!

Summary: The front desk was great. One of the problems we had was the key card didn’t work. I had to have front desk recode the key card several times during our stay. The other problem was the towels were dingy and I had to ask for another set of towels.

Summary: Stay was ok but pool was in poor condition which was the main reason we went so kids were very disappointed. Filled with mosquitos making it impossible to stay in the pool room.

Summary: The property was clean and comfortable. We had already been charged on our card for our room stay but they charged us $20.00/night for our two night stay when we checked in for incidentals. They said it was a pre-authorization only and would be refunded if nothing was purchased but we have never had anything like this before and we’re not happy about it.
